    From the get-go, Darren was very friendly and helpful in making all the arrangements for the car I wanted. His customer service experience and knowledge was a huge help for a first time rookie like me. He made me feel at ease and never was pushy into trying to secure a deal - instead, even due to a family emergency at the time, he made me feel valued as a customer and was very patient throughout the process. As far as I'm concerned, he went above and beyond the call of duty and made the whole experience into securing a car worth anyone's time. Darren even arranged delivery to my home - which was quite a distance from his dealership. Everything was explained simply and effectively, and I cannot fault him and the team for making me feel welcome. This dealership is few and far between, certainly a hidden gem, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone, even if you don't feel like purchasing a car straight away. I wish them continued success for the future in all their endeavours. Thank you Darren and the whole team at M. & A. Cars (Leeds) Limited.
